Re: Away to Saints
If we lose I believe that it will be pretty much our own fault. Saints have taken their chances well, but so many of their points have been as a result of our mistakes/poor play. At the time of typing, Barrow has just blatantly gone into a ruck at the side, when Saints would probably have kicked the...

Re: Starting 15 for the Gloucester Game?
I might be wrong (and I'm sure I'll be told if so) but i think our scrum has improved a great deal since Boris has taken the reins. The ref was pants on a few decisions, one of which said genge pulled down a scrum. Clearly didn't imho. Enjoyed the game overall. I think kitto had a mixed game. Was im...

Re: Teams up v Saracens
Just watching the game again. Although yby perhaps shouldn't have gone on his own in the first half, jp called maul once yby had hit the ground!

Re: Sarries Accounts
Interesting that their salaries rose to £9.81m. If the cap is £5.1m, they're spending a lot of money on their 2 marquee players.

Re: Teams up v Saints
Was anybody else witness to the delightful football style singing of some saints 'fans' in the plantagenet after the game?
I'd like to think I'm pretty tolerant of people but one person in particular seemed like he'd stumbled on the wrong sport.

Re: Team for Sarries
One good little run, then they showed the back of his shirt later, probably to let us know he was still on the pitch.LE18 wrote:Anyone see Camacho?

Re: Team for Sarries
I know I mentioned it earlier, but am I right in thinking it's still a free kick if you "feign" to throw in? And binding on the arm is illegal too, isn't it? As soon as I saw Gill doing that, I knew the other side would go down and we'd be penalised. If Sarries aren't offside and their def...

Re: Team for Sarries
So we're half an hour in and, amongst other things probably, garner has missed a faked throw in and a sarries knock on which their own player catches and he gives a scrum

Re: Teams up v Munster
I noticed on the Munster forum that one of their posters said that the worst thing about these two weeks is that Leicester "genuinely aren't very good".
Two things IMO. First, we are pretty damn good at the moment I think. Second, he/she obviously never saw a Tigers game last season!

Tait's injury
Granted, having been at the game, I haven't seen any of the match recording, but I was wondering what the extent of Tait's injury was. I thought someone might have commented by now - my apologies if I've missed it - so thought I'd open a new topic in the hope of an answer.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Manu to sign for ???????
Dai Young was on the Beeb yesterday saying that any rumours linking Manu with Wasps are "absolute rubbish".
Smoke and mirrors?
I'd like him to stay.

Re: Exeter
Youngs - Needs time to adjust to gameplan, his crapping is not the NZ style way that our coaches are prob after I had no idea there was a NZ style of crapping! :smt002 Mol2, I wasn't blaming Balmain, merely agreeing with most others that we're struggling at scrum time with him there. Like I said, I...

Re: Exeter
As much as I admire Balmain's efforts, we are being found wanting at the scrum. Hopefully Ayerza's return will be sooner rather than later. I didn't watch the game live but watched a recording. At one point I thought Exeter must have been offside so I rewound to check and realised it was ben's slow ...

Re: JDV
Personally, having just read the Mercury article that an announcement is imminent, I'm quite happy with this. I'll happily change my opinion as and when!
