Re: Oh dear, Mr Rowe...
Tony Rowe is not known as Mr Sensitive down in Exe. Nonsense. Click bait at it's best here. Having played for the Exeter Academy and Exeter Utd (as it was in the early '00s) I can tell you that Tony attended games and is well loved in Exeter rugby circles. His passion for the game and the club is u...

Re: Oh dear, Mr Rowe...
I think it’s fairly obvious that Rowe has done absolutely nothing wrong. As always the press are selling this on the sensitivities of the public. The fault lies with FlyBe for not telling their staff their tickets were no longer valid. FlyBe have also failed in the commercial sponsorship obligations...

Re: DOR aspirants, then?
If Cockers was on £500k (I'd love to know where people get these numbers from) then it's not a bad thing that he has gone. I doubt very much that number is true. Well, with all the other suggestions: Richie McCaw, forwards coach, Jonny Wilkinson kicking coach and Warren Gatland, post Lions tour, as ...

Re: DOR aspirants, then?
I like all these suggestions but, I think we as Tigers fans need to remember that we can't 'tempt' anyone away from a job because we don't have the money. Therefore they have to want to leave their current jobs. Gustard is set to win a world cup as England defence coach, won't move. Super Rugby team...

Re: Late night disturbance
Ellis were you in Treviso? Were you also waiting to fill your face? If not, I suggest everything you're saying is your interpretation. Regardless of your beliefs, my eyes are wide open and I have a very good view of society, that probably comes from 4 operational tours of some very nasty places. As ...

Re: Late night disturbance
Ellis are you a football fan before rugby? I can only assume you are because, this isn't the type of behaviour any rugby fan wants from their team and sweeping it under the rug as you seem to be doing is typical. I also assume you work closely with Cockers to know he's dealt with it. If that's the c...

Re: Why is Farrell so good and getting all the praise?........
I for one was very critical of Farrell at the start of his international career. I still have some doubts about his ability to get the back line going, and his second blatant ignoring of captains orders (which turned out to be the right decision) is a bit worrying, but there is no doubting that Farr...

Tigers vs Quins
According to Cockers here ... http://www.premiershiprugby.com/clubs/2 ... RbeGY75g_s we have Flood, Tuilagi, Waldrom and Castro back next week for Quins. I can understand the England contingent on an International break...but Castro?? Anyone shed any light on that?

Re: Ford to Bath and other reports
Andy Goode back to Tigers for a third stint? Sure he won't want to be third choice at Worcester. He's proved on a number of occasions this year he's sti got it. Reliable place kicker, knows Tigers and I'd rather him than a Saint.
Only a thought rather than a rumour.

Re: Tigers vs. Scarlets
There is no system in England for the second stream to get games. A League? As that is the only system in England for the second string to get games every club in England is doing it and the standard is actually quite high. Whilst I anticipate you saying its not the same as running out against a 1s...

Re: Fabio Staibano to Tigers
It says that Tigers could be interested in signing Armitage, I don't doubt they are!!! Honestly he would be a great signing and it would allow Salvi some rest time as well, which considering how battered he often is after games wouldn't be the worst decision. However, until there is more than rumour...

Re: Martin Castrogiovanni signs for Toulon
I don't doubt it, a reliable source overheard him on the phone to his agent a few months ago and he wasn't a happy bunny Absurd - even if your source speaks Italian (in fact I think his agent is Argentinian), how on earth would he know it was Castro's agent on the other end of the phone, it could h...

According to the Rugby Paper on Twitter, Castro is off to Toulon. Good news in my opinion, frees up some salary cap and will allow Balmain to develop.

Re: Tigers-Bath aftermatch discussion
Whilst we may have dominated, Bath were 12-6 up until the red card. We looked out of ideas and struggling. Bath had scored two tries. Bath were away. Bath were playing a very clever tactic away from home, especially when you come to Welford Rd, defend very hard and make the most of your opportunitie...
