Re: Wasps Vs Tigers
How about an alternative view, just for the hell of it..........Taylor turned his shoulder into Spencer knowing he was going to be tackled...dangerous play from Taylor?? Duty of care to the player going to tackle him?? :smt003 :smt003 Personally I like the idea mentioned elsewhere of taking a leaf f...

Re: Only Genge in England squad for Argentina, well done El
You've asked questions in your previous posts, simply putting an ! at the end of a sentence doesn't stop it becoming a question. So please explain why it is so 'alarming' that they didn't chose Tigers, why not Saints - Oundle School is nearer Saints than Tigers and John Olver, their uncle is head of...

Re: Only Genge in England squad for Argentina, well done El
Agree RB......plus three points I would like to add: 1. Surely it was their choice of where they wanted to go and play, or has freewill been banned? 2. How do we know what approaches were actually made? 3. There is an age old myth that simply because the Tigers come calling players will automaticall...

Re: Owen Williams Confirmed to Gloucester
Why question Toomua as fly half?? He was signed as centre/fly half and has plenty of experience at fly half. To me its an option so can focus the budget on other more pressing areas that need strengthening.

Re: Squad Changes 2013-2014 Season & Transfer Rumours Thread
I think the confusion over 'the Romanian' might be that Seb Taofifenua's brother is Romain Taofifenua. He is a massive second row 6'6 1/2" and weighing 22st 2lbs (in the listing I saw). Plays for Perpignan as well.

Re: Recommendations for trip to Gloucester
You'll enjoy your frst visit to Kingsholm and yes whilst there are a few idiots in the Shed, as alrady mentioned, 99% of the Glaws fans are great. I live in Gloucester, 30min walk to the ground, and will be in the Shed with 10 friends (all supproting Gloucester) and will be wearing my Tigers shirt. ...

Re: Ben Youngs - possible citing
On the basis that is the one retaliating that gets punished, why isn't Allinson being cited - only a few mentions of his attack on BY! (Not condoning what BY did by the way).

Good Win!
Pearson is a disgrace - he has NO idea how to ref the scrum.

Re: A League Vs Worcs
Good performance last night. Seen a few A Team games and this was an improvemen on last few. All round a much more professional approach and attitude - front five were tight and other than one scrum where they got shoved back, were in charge of scrum, lineouts pretty even. Back row were excellent, P...

Re: Great Try by Danny Hipkiss
Danny was one of my favourites at Tigers and yes it was a good try, but very poor defence. A few points: 1. When did he last do that for Tigers? 2. Only last week he needlessly gave away a penalty to cost Bath the game - where we you all then? 3. Quote from a recent interview with Danny: Hipkiss rev...

Re: It this indicative of our current youth setup?
Responding to the original point, if you look closely there are no Gloucester players either, yet Hartpury College supplies a lot of Gloucester's young talent, however they are involved in the lower leagues themsleves and are about to be promoted again. My point is that we don't know why there were ...
