Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2021/22 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACTS: Steve Borthwick and the Chamber of Oval Park
With Liebenberg being able to play 6,7 and 8 and Martin 4,5,6,8 Martin would be the better bench option for me. Although 19.Chessum ,20.Reffell works very well Looking at the stats Hanro has played 20 games so far this season for us! He has started at 8 5 times in Wiese's absence and has started at...

Re: 21/22 Injury/Suspension Thread
Is there any update on Nic Dolly, photo on Instagram of him in training gear but of course could be an old one If he is back training already after that horrific injury he is Superman! Sadly I fear it will be an old one as his leg went 90 degrees in the wrong direction! Hope he's back soon but not ...

On the K'poku situation, personally I am not sure if he will come, though I do think he would be a good signing if he did. I guess like others, he would want/need some assurances about the plans for the club if SB does go next summer. That is going to have an impact on our recruitment, that uncerta...

Re: Tigers vs Wasps - 04th June 2022 KO 15:00
Ashton in for Nadolo, he's looking hungry in defence and attack every time I've seen him play. Nadolo, sadly, slow and lumbering and kicks the ball like an old fashioned prop. I did think that too but I know SB likes Nadolo to come in field and he's also been great bulldozing through the middle cre...

Re: Tigers vs Wasps - 04th June 2022 KO 15:00
Selection at 2 & 16 for me is down to Montoya's fitness, with Dolly out, the last thing we can afford is no Montoya in the knockouts. If Montoya's fully fit start him and look to replace him early (no matter the current score). If we're happy with the gametime Clare's had then I'd go Vanes on t...

Tigers vs Wasps - 04th June 2022 KO 15:00
Sarries are only 3 points behind but we have won 2 games more so if we end up level on points we finish top. So, any form of win, a draw or 2 BP loss will do. Obviously I'd hope and even expect us to win this one but we can't take anything for granted. So.. 15. Steward 14. Potter 13. Moroni 12. Scot...

Re: Tigers v Newcastle (A) 21st May 2022 KO 15:00
Watching the game yesterday just made the point again how wasted a talent like Radwan is at Newcastle. Whatever happened to the chat linking us with him? Would love to see him at Tigers but I guess with Watson arriving that maybe put an end to any chance of that. Watson, Potter, Ashton, Murimurivalu...

Re: Tigers v Newcastle (A) 21st May 2022 KO 15:00
Mixed bag today. Bottom line is a gritty away win having seen a horrific injury to one of the lads. Pros: - Scrum and lineout went very well - Liebenberg is just immense wherever he plays - Wiese and Genge with some big carries - Porter took his tries well and had a very good game - Scored 3 tries a...

Don't know exactly who was to blame for that. But injuries seem to happen on these pitches...very unfortunate I hate these artificial pitches.. too many injuries! Not a fan of plastic - but don’t see how it was to blame for that injury Didn't say it was just that the injury rate seems higher on the...

Genge potential try ruled out for no sight of grounding.. seems harsh that they get the drop out!

Just seen the Dolly injury on the big screen.. foul play so it has to be shown to the ref.. TMO has chipped in to say it's foul play.
His leg gets bent completely the wrong way. That's a horrible injury.. made me feel sick seeing it
