Re: Formerly of this parish

I well remember his stealing the line out when we played Salarycens in the final. We’d just scored that try straight from kick off and with a few moments to go we just had to get possession. Their line out, he won and that was that! Brilliant

Re: The Nadolos

Can anyone tell me if his name has the accent on the first syllable or the second? I thought it was the first but then today on BT Sport they pronounced it Nan-DO- lo. Which is correct?
Incidentally he is already an icon IMO.

Re: Tigers vs Sale - 05 Sep 20

Oh, Big Dai, I couldn’t agree more about missing Bill. I try to keep the faith and I really do think there are signs of things getting better. Time will tell but I think we must stay positive.

Re: BT sport pass

I subscribe to BT sport but the Sale match doesn’t appear to be on their schedule. Does that mean I can, or cannot, use the match pass? Anyone know?

On a slightly different tack, I’d like to say thanks to the club for the digital programme. A good innovation.

Re: Championship clubs to break away?

Spot on tiger feet steve. I think I remember when those who played less than 20 minutes in a Saturday international were allowed to turn out for their club as on the Sunday. glad that one changed.

Re: New Kit

Well, I’m underwhelmed but it’s OK. Still like my old kit from 1998 though.

And it may be me but I can’t find this on the App that I downloaded today.

Echoing what others have said. Sad news but the support is excellent. Let’s hope he recovers and gets busy living.

Re: Season Tickets

I’ve always been in the Crumbie and I love it. When we were offered the chance to move to the new stand, I thought about it but then I thought Hmm, faces south, sun in your face in the early and late season, unless you sit well back. Crumbie for me every time. And think of the history - the stand is...

Re: World rugby grounds

I know it’s not actually the ground but the Allianz is so difficult to get to. And the food when I went was diabolical. Beyond awful. And the toilets - don’t get me started, but then I’m female and the loos are always dire. again, it’s not the ground but it is all part of the experience of visiting ...
