understand the tickets are reserved for me as a ST holder - anyone know how long for?

if the web site and ticket office are up to their ears in it, and I don't have to get through until next week or the week after, then I'll stop trying today and wait till it all dies down a bit.

do we know if it is going to be announced on the tannoy? or a message on the screen? I'll chip in if we have to pay for a message on the screen.

that's how I understand it, Gman, but that doesn't really help those of us who don't live near enough to pop along. I just hope I can book online - I'm assuming there will be a huge queue after the game on Saturday.

Iaain - you're lucky! the final date is set and it's my mother's 90th birhtday party. three line whip to attend, so I'll miss our triumph at Twickenham. don't know why my Gran had to give birth at such an inconvenient time of the year!

I'm just sooooo pleased it's WR. I really thought they'd go for the crisp bowl.

personally I'll stump up the money - it's still good value. and it will be at least £40 for the final at Twickenham after all!

As others have said, I'm still smiling. an immense performance by an immense team. one of the best rugby nights I can remember and I wasn't even there in person. It meant so much to every single member of the team, the squad and the club. Outstanding. We've laid a marker down and we'll pick it up ag...

I said on another thread I don't think we'll have any choice as we will have to offer 25% of the tickets to the away team and we can't do that at Welford Road. Still, it's a chance to lay the Walkers ghost.

Bring on the men in pink! that game last year was one of the most exciting I have ever been at in almost 50 years of watching Tigers. we can recreate that atmosphere, win through and then who knows. Twickenham here we come!

I don't think it's a question of wanting or not wanting to play at WR or the crisp bowl. As I understand it we have to offer 25% of the tickets to the away team and with a capacity of 16,815 and about 13,000 season ticket holders, we simply cannot do that at WR, whether we want to or not. Personally...

indeed MJ Chairman. the idea of uncontested scrums is a concern. we'll just have to have them well beaten before it comes to that!

really pleased about this. he's a great prospect - except he's not a prospect any more but has proved a key member of the squad.
