Re: What is a forward pass?
The lines on the pitch are the problem. Too many, who havent actually played, see a forward pass incorrectly for all the reasons given in posts above. Referees will look at the players hands at the point of pass release. If the players hands are showing a backwards pass in relation to their body an...

16 secs into the video there is a lighter green version of the red away kit (left hand side). Weirdly that might the winner for me…. 3rd kit/warm up?

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD Episode 3 The revenge of the Contracts.
Did I imagine it or was there talk of a ‘gentleman’s agreement’ between prem clubs not to sign each others players under contract negotiations as a result of Covid? I appreciate it isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on, but clubs seem to be holding to it? (At the moment).

Re: Howard to mentor Murphy
Question. Why appoint a head coach who needs mentoring? Totally barmy imo. :smt017 :smt017 Incredibly short-sighted. Taking a longer term view that a head coach will continue to develop and improve, with a old-head alongside to support that development, is a model that works elsewhere - so why not ...

[quote=Scuttle post_id=706125 time=1546770674 user_id=12205] I always thought our inability to secure bonus points last season was a material part of not making the top 4. We seemed to win small and lose big compared to other teams. So it is interesting to not...

Re: I am really disappointed in the club
Why not take the initiative - buy a shirt / flag. Take it to the next home game and wait after the game to get it signed? Just like the many kids do who also want something to hang on their wall at home. Or pop along to Oval Park at a convenient time and respectfully ask the players there? There are...

Re: England v Samoa
I was planning to go to Twickenham on Saturday to see the game, but circumstances this week have overtaken my plans.
I do, therefore, have two tickets for the game if anyone would like to buy them - £50 face value. I live in the Hinckley area but work in town for local pick-up.
Many thanks

Re: Matt O'Connor
And no one mentions Manu. If he comes back fit and firing on all 12 cylinders, then we will fear no one Disagree. One man does not make a team and it was the reliance on one player, structuring the team around that one player and the fixation on stop-gap replacements for that player that was one of...

Tomorrow's Times will report that George will sign for us, with Freddie going in the opposite direction. Also that the trade is not linked to Mike Ford coming to Welford Road.

Re: Is it now time to thank Cockers?
I was going to quit this forum (I have quit the FB supporters) because of the moronic repetitive comments. However I am so heartened that I have just read a whole host of sensible comments, recognising the limitations and difficulties the club is struggling with, and the lunacy of going down the me...
