Re: Tigers vs Jersey August 11

Castro tweeted yesterday about captaining the side:

"Be captain of this shirt is something I can not explain... Is an honour and I so proud to be part of this family..."

What a guy!

Re: Body shapes

I'd say Castro starting from the bench is more to do with Dan Cole upping his game massively this season, being 2nd choice to arguably the form tighthead in the world isn't necessarily a comment on fitness. I'm not sure about that. I'd say that Castro has played better than Cole this season. There ...

Re: Body shapes

For them to win, it is expected that they will have to go hard and fast and not get in to a drawn out fight, supporting the sprinter / shire horse ana...

Re: We Should Celebrate

I think celebrate is the wrong word to use in this situation, proud of what the lads accomplished after the start we had is one thing but I'd never celebrate after losing a game.

Re: Bad news for Saints

Mallinder needs to develop another plan that doesn't involve ringing the changes after an hour or so regardless of the game situation. When playing Saints I always feel that if we're in it with 15-20 mins to go we've got a pretty good chance of winning.

According to the man himself it'll be a club in England or France. It doesn't sound like he's short of options.

I believe it may be Tom Wood they are referring to rather than Ben Woods

Re: England tour to SA

S Armitage not unlucky - he opted to go and play in France, thereby removing himself from consideration for England (unless that selection policy has now fallen by the wayside). Why then is Haskell selected? The foreign soil argument doesn't hold. Haskell selected because of perceived shortages. Of...
