An added complication in Tommy's decision is the mooted reduction of Welsh regions from 4 to 3. Probably best to stay at Tigers if he can until that is sorted. He'd also have a better idea of where he stands with Pivac.

Does anyone know if Jersey's game vs Cov will be live streamed tonight? Am a bit more interested in it now we've extended Simmons and there's no other games on. https://www.coventryrugby.co.uk/jersey-v-coventry-live-stream-booking-info/ That link goes to the match in round 9 in May last year.

Re: EPCR Quarter finals
Owing to the shake-up of the new tournament currently being discussed in Ireland and the world cup expanding to 24 nations when held in the US in 2031, plus an additional last 16 competition I do not think there is any prospect of SA teams joining the European Cup Genuine question, do you have any ...

Dates for next year for EPRC announced: https://www.leicestertigers.com/news/organisers-reveal-european-dates-for-next-season So 4 weekends of pool games would indicate 2 options for me. Either pools of 5 where each team plays the other one once, 2 away 2 home, or groups of 4 where your team plays ...

Re: Rugby World Championship
This would mean that for 6 months every year there would be internationals. The club games/ leagues/ Europe whatever would be squeezed into the rest. The Rugby World Championship is being pushed very hard. The impression that I got was that the matches would be instead of the AIs and the summer tou...

Re: Championship rugby
I don't have a solution either, but with a niche sport it is a real shame to limit exposure to such small regions. Especially when there are strong rugby fanbases in areas like East Anglia with no top level clubs. The only answer is one not palatable to many and that is that clubs are invited to jo...

Re: Champions' Cup: last 16/Quarter finals and semi finals and final
In Borthwick's eyes YES as there'll be some things to work on and improvements to make. Perfect way to keep the players grounded. Would have been easy to get carried away with such a winning start this season instead of keep improving. I don't think Borthwick will be happy until Tigers are a domina...

Re: Exeter (A) - Sunday 27th March 2022
Freddie B a bit unlucky not to be starting imho. Not a grumble, just an observation. Fair comment, Burns has been in top form - there's an argument both ways. Even with Ford returning I'm sure Freddie will have an important role to play in the final part of the season. Probably down to Freddie's ab...

Not sure if this was posted when the appointment was made last year. Louis Deacon is the forwards coach of the England Womens team, starting their 6 Nations campaign today. Tbere is an article in The Times today.

Re: New Salary Cap Breach?
I await the howls of protest from other club's fans that we are being "let off" even though everthing is governed by regulations.
