Re: New Kit

Taken from the press release; "Leicester Tigers supporters will also be able to get their hands on a variety of Samurai products at a special pre-launch event held during the club’s Derby Day fixture against Northampton Saints on the weekend of May 15. " Now there not doing something as radical as ...

Re: Sale vs Leicester - 21st February 2020

In the space of 8 days, Sarries beat Sale beat Tigers beat Wasps beat Sarries. The one consistency is the home team won each time.

Re: Captaincy

Hopefully the added responsibility will lead to better personal discipline. Great player that he is, he does give away too many penalties, particularly in the loose. Omg some people can’t say anything without throwing a negative in. In his 12 plus years as a professional rugby player he has won con...

Dan Cole tomorrow!
As with all front rowers, he gets plenty of practise talking to the ref at scrum time:

"Who? Me, Sir? Never"
"Their loose head was angling in, Sir"
"The pitch just slipped out along with my feet, that's why I landed on my belly Sir"

Re: Tigers vs Wasps - 15th Feb

For those carping about Tom Youngs's line-out throwing, yes, there were 5 consecutive linouts that went awry, but he ended up with 12 from 17, so successful the rest of the time, often the precursor in the second half to a decent maul. Not perfect, but not :censored:, especially in those conditions....

Re: Tigers vs Wasps - 15th Feb

Well two butchered Wasps tries and Tigers end up winning it. Can't see us being that lucky very often. On;y time Tigers get anywhere is gloing back to playing 10 man Rugby, so much for an all court game. All court game? In conditions like today? :smt043 Come on G.K you can mong doom much better tha...

Re: Dai on his way!

Hope he is well.Hope it is not because of one of the following...... Is there a report on Salary caps forthcoming.? Is the club being liquidated ? ......and could there be a link between the first point and Wasps seemingly "letting go" quite a few of their better ( more expensive ) players recently...

Re: SA to join a 7 nations set up

Whilst in general I would agree, however The Daily Mail has a record of being extraordinarily accurate in rugby related stories. As they say "money talks" I would not be surprised if SA replace Italy The game in Italy has moved on considerably on the back of Italy joining the 6 nations and I doubt ...

Re: Bath vs. Tigers - Sat 25 Jan 15:00

I'm not saying they are. Others are saying they should, I'm saying they should not. I hope that helps. I'm not saying the players should swear at the referee either. When the question is "is the glass half full or half empty?" The answer can be both or neither. It can't be one but not the other. Th...

Re: Bath vs. Tigers - Sat 25 Jan 15:00

So where exactly is the evidence that the players or coaches are patting themselves on the back when losing? I certainly haven’t seen anything. Very much the reverse. Please point me in the right direction. I'm not saying they are. Others are saying they should, I'm saying they should not. I hope t...

Re: Saracens are relegated!

Ealing are 3rd behind Newcastle and Cornish Pirates. They don't look likely to get promoted regardless of Sarries. Just more people trying to use Saracens cheating to cover up their own failure. Ealing have constantly talked about promotion over the last couple of years and invested a lot of money,...

Fairly minor point in all this - but has anything been said about what's happening with their fixture(s) at Spurs' stadium in all this?
Have seen some speculation about this. Possibly a national team? Saffas were mentioned. Just speculation though,
