Re: Not a happy place like the Ricoh!

Or is it a case lower division football club can't afford to rent the use of major stadium and the owners of that stadium deciding that the money on offer doesn't justify sharing? Wasps shouldn’t be there anyway. They should still be in the London area. I’ll never change my mind on that. Have you e...

Are we just going through ex-bath forwards coaches?
Well, a lot of people don’t want ex-Tigers so we may as well try Bath.

Re: Not a happy place like the Ricoh!

I have no sympathy for Wasps. They’re the guilty party for moving cities. The rest is irrelevant for me. To treat their loyal fans like they have in moving to Coventry is disgraceful. It all came from Wasps overspending in previous years. If they'd have run the business properly and spent money that...

All clubs base it on tickets sold.

It shouldn’t make much of a difference in my opinion. If people want to turn up to support the team, then they should turn up whether we are winning or not but that’s just my opinion.

Re: Sir Barnes

Substitutions are done swiftly.

The game stops, the players goes off and the new one comes on.

The game continues.

It really is that simple.

Re: New coaching structure?

Larkham set to join Munster as Backs/Attack coach. So many top quality coaches on the move this season and yet we'll go for the cheap options. I say this largely out of frustration. We are not being linked with a backs coach, which suggests that will remain as Geordans remit who has shown over 5 ye...

You were obviously very tired for the Premiership Final as it certainly wasn’t boring!

Re: Sir Barnes

4th Official is the guy who stands by the benches and allows players to be substituted, which is a farce in itself and needs cleaning up. How is that role a farce? Not the role necessarily, the process, it takes too long in my view. Replacements take too long? Really? Have you seen them in football...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 7

Have we 100% signed Coghlan? Because I can’t imagine us bringing in him as well as Wallace. Surely it would one or the other? Yes Coghlan has 100% signed. When asked at the Supporters Forum if he has signed the answer was he is not a Tigers player. Could be a very cleverly chosen answer. At the tim...

Re: England XV v Barbarians

This is the last comment I'm going to make about 9's as what will be will be. Leicester need next level and on current viewing I do think the level could drop. Scrum halves are so important in setting the tempo and direction for the team and a massive part of that with today's fitness levels and de...

Re: Sir Barnes

I think most of us have come to regard Barnes highly - he has developed into a very good ref. Even he was subject to scrutiny by the Welford Road faithful in his early days :smt002 Most refs do a decent job under pressure. Wayne Barnes strength was to seek the view of the 4th official but ultimatel...

Well at least Borthwick fits the number 1 criteria for a lot of people on here- he’s never played for Tigers!
