Re: Fish pedicure

I had it done when I was in the Trafford Centre and it was brilliant. However, there was bare minimum pre pedicure cleansing of the feet shall we say and the tank next to mine had a few dead fish in that had to be removed! Think I prefer the old fashioned method.

Re: Wasps in another pitch controversy

Like Mersey Tiger I was also at the match (hubby is a Sharks fan) and there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the pitch. We were sat 3 rows back so had a good view of the pitch. It looked a bit muddy but that was about it. When we got there at 7.15 the Sale players were out, running and passing ...

My husband is a physio and he did his degree at Queen Elizabeths in Birmingham. I don't know if any college specialises in sports physio as I believe that all training is done under the NHS so the emphasis in on all areas of hospital work under the assumption that physios will work there after gradu...

Spare ticket for Members evening on 18th March

I've got one going free if anyone wants it. Someone has bailed on me at the last minute, don't want it to go to waste.

Good point Mrs Moody but there is a lot to be said for having cats when it is pouring with rain and blowing a gale and you don't have get up and take them out for a walk. Sadly random kitchen wildlife is a hazard of cat ownership but I have to say that it has been a while since I had to remove anyth...

Oh Red, you are a one! I think the idea was to have it as a snack but it didn't quite work out. By the time we found the bat all 4 of my cats were sat round looking at it as if to say "well what are we going to do with it now?" They are always bringing things home (not always dead) then ju...

Going batty

Okay, bear with me on this because there is a question I need answered. About 10 days ago one of my cats brought a bat home. I called the bat rescue society (yes, it does exist here) cue lots of jokes in the office about getting on the bat phone. And yes, Batman did come round and pick it up. Anyway...

We had our company summer party on Friday night and I still can't believe that we had to not only set up a TV at the venue for those BB addicts but someone kept interrupting the DJ to tell us all who had been evicted. I'm especially glad it has finished as I won the £26 in the sweepstake.

Oh Rizzo, I can sympathise, that sounds horrible. I don't know if everyone remembers Opium and Poison, 2 very, very strong perfumes that were fashionable in the 80's, I once went on a flight where woman was not only wearing it but dropped her duty free bottle putting it into the overhead locker and s...

I'm surprised no-one has already mentioned the obvious ones: Davina McCall - just shouting loudly isn't presenting! I can't bear the woman in anything, I even turn over when she is on the stupid hair dye advert. Johnathan Ross - smug, overpaid, vulgar & unfunny Jeremy Guscott - when will the BBC...

Just had to have a filling replaced & a session with the hygienist - £193.50!!! I don't think we have any NHS dentists at all so I'm just going to have to be very careful in future.

For me it has to be the episode where they get the nanny. Sherri Bobbins says she is "Practically perfect in every way" and Homer says "Me too" before scratching his backside, drinking milk from the carton and belching. Always makes me laugh.
