Sorry if this has been dealt with before, but I find it odd that TV commentators talk about Mr TulaNgi and Mr RaMbeni
Do the Islanders hide extra letters in their names? Or is there some ignorance on the behalf of Messrs BarnIes, MorriEs, et al?

My 'source' is a respected member of this forum, and a long standing friend of HEs. He has lost weight, but that is not sinister. Less diet and less exersize is a planned element of his injury management and brings with it a reduction in size. Not believed to be 20kg. tho, and in any case not anythi...

Baloney - according to one quite close to the lad. He has copped an infection in the wound, but that is coming along fine. Also, he has lost weight but that is as much due to not beefing up like he normally would as the effects of the bug. If he kept up his diet with no exersize he would put on 3 st...

Which RL imports at Bath? Jason Robinson did ok, as best my memory serves me, and Chav Walker - an RFU 'placement' - is coming on. Now if you had mentioned Henry Paul, Iestin Harris, Andy Farrell..... When Mr Shepherd threw his checkbook to the wind and blew a fortune at Gosforth his gathering of pl...

I would love to see the Islands given a place in a SH tournament. Maybe then fewer islanders would move to NZ to play at the higher level, and thus the NZ side would cease to be over-subscribed with 'residential qualified' players. It is amazing the Islands produce such excellent players. If there w...

Mrs Moody No finer sight than a 2nd row at full gallop, but I doubt even Ben or Louis would claim to have covered 50m to score, including outpacing backs..... It was indeed a wonderful try. Spoke to Richard Blaze after the game and he was soooo glad to have been subbed as he knows he would never hav...

Casting round other boards it is usual to find supporters commenting that only their club abides by the cap and all the others exceed it. Surely the basic issue is no-one other than the club and the players know what salaries are, and what 'extra' payments are made that do not come under the definit...

BJ, having seen the RAF team, and several station teams, over recent years, I have to say not making the team hardly makes you a successful rugby player. Committed, maybe, but not exactly Rory Underwood. ABO knows what she is talking about, being well informed and as loyal as you could ask. The issu...

Why would the club know what promotions the local press is to run? Who says the Mercury tickets came from the club allocation - such tickets are normally allocated by Twickenham direct. We've all been there, I'm sure, but it isn't anyones fault. A bit like all the Glaws fans who bought new kit only ...

I'd say anyone commenting on the complex issue of how a player came by an injury without hands-on and detailed knowledge of the event and the player is being reckless. I expect everyone in the coaching/fitness/physio side of the club will be wishing it had not have happened, and examining whether th...

Baa Baa Matt
Good to see Matt Cornwell on the BaaBaas tour. Some recognition.
