Re: Is this season a Farce with the cancellations
Another thing that has always got me thinking is,have we ever had a virus,viral/bacterial infection in the history of mankind that has had such a wide array of symptoms as COVID? Thinking of the serious ones such as viral and bacterial meningitis to chest infections such as pneumonia and bronchitis...

Re: Is this season a Farce with the cancellations
Sometimes it's better to believe nothing. But question everything Not everything. I don't need to question whether the sky is blue every morning when I wake up. Generally, you only need to have belief in something if there are no facts to prove it's existence. Facts and statistics make strange bedf...

Re: Is this season a Farce with the cancellations
I hope you're not lumping anyone who dares question the situation either because I and many have just been totally vindicated with regards to the PCR testing after the WHO recent statement on them. I hate the fact that there's no middle ground and how you are labelled if you dare go against the gra...

Re: Formerly of this parish
Mafi played well today. Always fun to watch Steve play! Scott Steele wasn't great, although he did score a well taken try. Box kicking was either too short or too long. Steve, to me anyway, was the sort of player who would give you a benign, polite smile whilst ripping both your arms off and shovin...

Re: Time wasting
Perhaps, when crowds are allowed back, we can help the referee by giving a very loud count-down to encourage the laggards. It's a bit soccer........ But I like it! Can soccer fans count to 5? [I'm joking, before a war gets provoked] Yes.....I'd expect rugby fans to do it backwards!!!!! 😂😂😂

Re: Time wasting
Not sure where this sits re gamesman ship, time wasting or just winding up but it concerns scrum halves. Generally a nasty, chopsy species who are really confident, and brave as long as the eight man bodyguard is there. Anyway whistle blows, at a scrum, say. The 9 who has been penalised then casual...

Sinckler cited for swearing at ref: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/55617729 Quite right too. Really poor example to set. Not only in the swearing but in the "petulant brat" routine when being spoken to. I bet Hartley is a bit puzzled, he got red carded for allegedly saying something to Way...

Indeed. 6 Nations will soon follow. I can't see the French being willing to participate given the infection levels. With the vaccination programme not anticipated to be complete until the autumn continuing at a level of acceptable risk seems miles away. We'll be back to watching recordings before l...

Re: Tigers v Bayonne
The "trouble" was proposed by the article, rather than yours truly.
On the upside would a two week hiatus actually benefit the premiership? We'd effectively be taking a firebreak?
I'll get me coat.
