Re: London Irish

Who needs the rest of the rugby community against us when so many of our ‘supporters’ do nothing but crab the team. If you can’t see progression in what we’re doing I’m not sure you’re really paying attention. Guess it’s a glass half full/half empty situation. Pretty win? No, but a win. Endeavour fo...

Re: Teams up v Bath

You don’t see that we have a decent opportunity to beat bath at home by putting a decent side out and we have put out a side with literally no hope of achieving anything as the players being blooded have no quality around them.... why would we not rest players for the following away trip and at lea...

Re: Ideas for revenue generation at Tigers

Tbh there are many a wonderful idea in this thread but the simplest of things got me. When I only had a half season ticket I wasn’t re-marketed for renewal. Surely converting a half season ticket to full should be shooting fish in a barrel.

Re: Ideas for revenue generation at Tigers

Following on from some of the early posts in this thread, I've often wondered why the club cant broadcast matches that aren't picked for TV via their website, in return for a fee, perhaps £5-10. Its not like the TV companies are losing anything, as they aren't televising the match anyway, and the c...

I was expecting the majority on here to hate the change shirt, as it seems most of the social media fans do. However, I’m with the majority here, I love the change shirt!

Only because he will get backlash if he reacts! Ellis has done that himself, or at least somebody has, it’s a photoshop. https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=England%20trio%20Ben%20Youngs%2C%20George%20Ford%20and%20Ellis%20Genge%20agree%20new%20Leicester%20deals&url=https://www.bt.com/sport/news/e...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD Part 2

It's nice to see that even after all these years a 36 post can still elicit so much emotion. Indeed, I’m not sure if the emotion is frustration, inferiority or just good old embarrassment.......but who the hell is 36? Billy Twelvetrees Aka Billy Twelve x threes =36 Oh, I thought he was 12T, I’ll ge...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD Part 2

36 was always overrated by Tigers fans. A good player but would never have won England caps were it not for the lack of talent at that time. It's nice to see that even after all these years a 36 post can still elicit so much emotion. Indeed, I’m not sure if the emotion is frustration, inferiority o...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD Part 2

I accept that it works both ways, thats kind of the point. When Manu was not looking so great he didn't get dropped, because he was/is an asset and we had faith there would be better times ahead. Now Tigers aren't looking great and Manu is being asked to put some faith in better times ahead...... E...
