Re: Tigers vs Quins - 04 Oct 20 15:00

Since the restart I have just wanted one performance to give me hope for next season, this must be the one to do that. If its not then a 30+ year season Ticket holder who for the last few years has believed the clubs PR and has waited patiently for things to change may decide to walk away as I canno...

Re: PRC Round 1 - Warriors vs Tigers

Renewed my season ticket, even though money and time is tight nowadays because I believed something better was round the corner!!! Wished I had not and before I get it is only the beginning of the season etc etc, it is another 50+ point thrashing. not good enough for the supporters especially those ...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 6

Magic Easter Monday anybody? If not I suspect we won't hear anything till the end of the season End of season I suspect. Not long to go, though. On my way to London yesterday when my phone rang, and I was surprised to hear it was the ticket office asking if I was going to renew for next season. Tol...

Re: Dear Murphs

It is with great sadness that I have to agree Geordan (Along with others) are not up to the job, if he/they were then by now after nearly a full season we would at least be seeing some improvement, not in top 4 or 6 but enough to know the team are better than the bottom 3. Unfortunately the performa...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 6

I like many here are waiting to hear who they have signed for next season, me before I renew my season ticket, but perhaps they cannot because if they announce players, then are relegated (Which I think is likely) then no one comes, club looks bad, players look bad. So I think we will not know anyth...

Re: Positives

The only positive thing is that I know (If I didn't before) how far this once great club has slipped. Yes we showed fight, in the first half anyway, but how can anyone take any positives by having 50+ points put on the team at home out of an international window. I left after the 50th point was scor...

Re: Relegation / How to avoid Relegation?

How to avoid relegation, well IMO, accept there is the potential to be relegated, stop wittering on about how top 4 has gone and top 6 being difficult to achieve. Concentrate on getting a couple of wins to stay up, focus peoples minds on what is achievable not something unachievable. Accept the fact...

Re: Peter Tom article

What concerns me is that he says the potential of relegation has not been addressed, is he honestly saying the BOD and Coaches have not accepted this as a possibility despite the performances we have been given? If so I think the club are in dire trouble. I always think it is important to understand...

Re: Dead dead rubber v Ulster

I am waiting until I see the team, no wish to go and witness yet another home Euro humiliation. Some may see that as not being a true supporter!! I see it as one who wants the team to flourish but needs to send a message as to what potentially may happen if management and coaches do not get to grips...

Re: Team News v Scarlets

What is most hard to take is that now, some say that performance is acceptable because there was nothing to play for. For me those type of performance are becoming increasingly acceptable by the club, as they know we have no chance at winning anything let alone succeed in Europe. A measure of how fa...

Another European home humiliation beckons if something is not done, and I am not sure I want to go and watch it.

Re: Murphy appointed head coach

I for one really hope that Geordan does well, for him and the club, but worry if this is the right decision especially with the way the team is playing at the moment. GM has not been able to turn the team round as interim coach, why would he be able to do it as a permanent coach. That being said let...

Re: You're either with us all the time or don't be here at all

The problem is, in my opinion (and I know others may differ) is that the playing side is only half of the problem for supporters, There used to be a time when the match experience was to be enjoyed and I always turned up early for a drink and a chat prior to the game. Now I get there as late as I ca...

Re: If you support a club.....

Like many on here I have been paying for my season ticket over many many seasons which allows me to support my team. However over the last few season it has become obvious there is a problem within the club, and like many others I have waited patiently for these issues to be addressed. The issues re...

Re: Where were you?

I was there, but left after 40 minutes, was so disappointed at another poor display from the Tigers, wished I had stayed away and watched England. For those who will say it was and inexperienced team, go through it, it was not that bad. As such I expected more.
