What did Exeter do right? They got right to the top of Europe from that level.
Perhaps Ealing had no history?

Pat Howard did come before as a consultant.
Geordie did have the skills but too many other responsibilities.
Austin does seem to have good insights

Re: Alan Dickens - Tigers lack of attack coach.
A "crazy" idea.
Try to get Pat Howard, Geordan, or even Austin Healy as temporary attack consultant until this matter is resolved.

I predict if we win today we'll make the playoffs and perhaps win the title.

That double tackle against Sarries convinced me that HP is a real Tiger not just here to supplement his pension.
I remember another Bok Mel Channer who you could count on for drop goal.

Actually that is probably the best use of GF. If someone tackles low then he strips the ball.

Re: Sane observations
Interesting what you said about the scrum officiating JP14.
In the world cup final I couldn't understand why Dan was pinged 4 times against a player he had beaten, I believe, when he played for Saints

Sane observations
I am starting a new positive thread because of the aggro in the one about the Cardiff match. I was dreading watching it on Saturday night when I saw the team we were fielding and expecting a hammering. It seemed unwise to put out a very raw side and risk damaging the players' confidence. Much better...

Thanks for that Ourla.
I have 2 Youview boxes, 1 from BT, the other from Curry's - badged BT - neither of these has HDMI input, so I can't see how to record.

Re: Live streaming
Thanks everyone especially ads.
I have investigated PlusNet and they have a good offer on phone + broadband + BTsport app for £25 pm. (We don't have fibre yet).
Can you 'catch up' matches with the BTsport app?

I'm fed up with BT putting their prices up dramatically once out of "introductory offer" period. Apparently I can get a reduction of £10 pm if I commit to another 18 months! I've seen Live streaming sites mentioned but some appear to be dodgy. Apparently bet365 is effectively free - althou...

Rolling and crawling
At the weekend I noticed a lot of players rolling and crawling forwards after being tackled. Surely if someone is held when they are on the ground, they should release the ball and get to their feet before playing it again.
I don't think this is being enforced properly.
