Re: Team for Exeter
"As such, to not support the principles of BLM is effectively to support racism because if you don’t want racism to end what do you want..." Absolute :censored:. This is about not kowtowing to a Black Power movement, I'd say the same for any 'movement' that wanted me to kneel and do a poli...

Re: Team for Exeter
Leicester Tigers will take part in the competition-wide acknowledgement of Rugby Against Racism ahead of kick-off. The matchday squad will, as one, take a knee during the period allocated ahead of the match getting underway. Well that's me gone as a supporter then. I'm against racism but I won't sup...

Re: Top of the Table
Ok thanks, going to cost someone a bomb to hire Twickers and no tickets sold, surely there's somewhere cheaper, the local rec or something?

Top of the Table
Sadly, it's the wrong table. Will this affect Tigers being able to finish the season and their quest for 10th position?

Re: So been a while
Nah did the sensible thing and followed the Government advice so drove to Barnard Castle to check if my eyes were ok. Anyway seems they weren't as I spent ages driving round trying to find it and ended up back where I started. Thanks for the suggestions but I was trying to avoid watching umpteen epi...

I see there's been some changes, several players leaving and Andrea Pinchen now running the club. Is the for sale sign still up?
Is Murphs still trainee head coach or has Borths arrived and Murphs is now trainee DoR?
Will they be able to play anyway what with Leicester being the UK Covid epicentre?

Re: J. MAY ESQ.
Not sure we have the cash spare for that, Holland and Barrett are a club sponsor, in fact the main partner, can't they get some Muscle Builder down him and use him in some before and after adverts?

Re: J. MAY ESQ.
I've been expecting this and can't blame him, must have been annoying leaving Glos' for what he thought was a stronger club only to have had to endure the last couple of seasons at the bottom. I guess he didn't want to spend another season not getting the ball with the centres Tigers have and risk t...

I do not regard this as good news, another few years of stupid gimmicks, finishers, apprentices, 20 vice captains, mind games and players out of position, groan....

Re: A bit of scandal in non rugby times...
So he had to pay circa £10k in order to find someone who would listen politely to his Uncle Albert routine of how he won all those trophies with Wasps & England single handed?

Smoke on the water was all about a disaster, caused by some stupid with a flare gun, I would have thought it was more appropriate now than it ever was.
