Re: Prem Final Tickets

ESPN are running a competition online - prize is to "warm the bench" at prem final. Hope this link will work - http://tv.espn.co.uk/gb/espl/competitions-listings/ Everyone who enters gets a special code to use on tickets to the final. I've just done this & when the code appears, you ge...

Re: Sam Tomkins

Now I know it's in the Daily Mail, but this pre Challenge Cup final interview seems to give the impression that a move to union may interest him http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/rugbyleague/article-2030182/Sam-Tomkins-Wigans-ultimate-warrior.html My Wigan RL loving other half reckons he would be a f...

Re: tigers in norfolk

We live on the Norfolk / Suffolk border near Diss (so our nearest club was responsible for Dan Hipkiss) and whenever we travel to Leicester via Thetford and Ely we like to see how soon we spot a Tigers Shirt. It's much the same when making the annual trip to Final at Twickenham - can usually guarant...

Re: Walking Boots

Another vote for Cotton Traders here. Ours have taken us on polar bear safari in Canada, hiking around the Eiger area in Switzerland as well as frequent wanders around flatter Norfolk home. Coped well with all weathers - rain, snow, ice, glacier, mud and the occasional warmer day. I am really fussy ...

Re: Hats off to the Crumbie Terrace fans

I was a newbie on the terrace yesterday (on previous visits have sat in the stands) and I'm now an absolute convert. Got there early, got the the front & then got soaked to the core, but was a fantastic friendly atmosphere, no better way to watch the match. And finally got to be at the heart of ...

Re: So then people what's your favourite.........

Do you know how I know my other half loves me dearly?

He lets me get away with dunking biscuits in HIS cup of tea. I rarely drink tea myself, but find most plain biccies can be improved by a dunk. Definately draw the line at dunking of chocolate covered or cream filled though.

Re: Leicester Tigers - Guinness Premiership Champions 2009-2010

Just wanted to add my congratulations to all the team on a fantastic win. I was so proud to be there at HQ again. Not seen the tv coverage yet but the tigers fans were louder than ever before at the final. We stayed after the match to cheer the lads out of the changing room and so many of them took ...

For the EDF final, we were in East lower, row 38 & I think there either 1 or 2 rows behind me, plus a smaller selection of seats for the corp.boxes, so not sure why middle tier starts at row 51. However it was still a good view.

Well, I think from memory that it's ctrl & then either the left / right / up / down arrow to move the insertion point in the required direction & ctrl & esc OR the windows logo key to display the start menu. I'm at home on my shiny mac, but I'm sure they are the keys I use on the PC's at...

I saw them last night at Portman Road, Ipswich. They absolutely rocked ! Played a fantastic two hour set, with a mix of old & new stuff, including a 15 minute version of Give it Away to close the show. John had some guitar problems early on, but apart from that they were all on top form. The cro...
