Re: Will we ever play at the Crisp Bowl again?

Simple question... I hate the walkers. I'll put it simply; today was my first game there (only my second live Tigers of the season) and to put it simply; it was terrible. Awful atmosphere, rubbish beer, some ruffian element I've never seen at Tigers before and stewards who had a panic if you dared ...

Re: how is hipkiss not in the england team

Hes a good player but I don't think his passing is good enough for England; having him at 13 reqires a more kicking 12 to be truely effective and neither Fluety, nor his probable backup JTH are good enough at that. IMO he's too 1 dimensional.

Is he really better than Tait, Tindall, Clarke and JSD?

Re: Harry Ellis - Insufficient game time ?

Its the kicking option, with no Flood we have the play Dupey. I'd prefer Harry, but thats the way the cookie crumbles

Re: Ayoola Erinle

HE did well, good tackling and hit some decent lines. THat said, his passing across the body is slow and he looks like a winger in the centres; constantly trying to go round people and running diagonally.

Re: MAUGER - 2 RISKY 2 CONSIDER

Agree . Think I have the same line up as yesterday for LI , then bring back Tuilagi for Leinster . I'm worried about tiredness though; we need to rotate at some point, otherwise it 4 big games on the trot. That said, what other options are there, I'm sturggling to think of quality backs we can brin...

Re: Banter with the Bath fans

I was the only Tiggers fan in a big group of Bath supporters (Row A at the end we attacked in the second half) and so copped a bit of flak. Nice bit of banter though and they where good lads. :smt023

A tigers legend and hero. At his best he was far and away a better all round player than Dayglo.

Cozza; The last huzzah!

Cozza; Better than Mozza

London Irish: Number of Irish players; 1
Tigers; Number of Irish; 2
Do the math

THis is not a flag...

Castro; Coming to a cuban rugby team near you.

Humm, I'd prefer the City Ground or somewhere a bit bigger TBH. Somewhere with atmosphere as well (Twickers? Villa Park?) I just dislike these identakit stadiums. You just lose all the atmosphere.

Re: Irish in the final

Should be a great game; the breakdown will be crucial IMO. Irish live off turnover and breakaway ball, we have enough in attack to break down their defense but we need to nullify Steffon and try to hammer Catt out of the game. There three key pivots are Steffon, Catt and Traki'bi (SP) and its vital ...
