Thoroughly agree I've been calling for GM's resignation for a year now. He doesn't instill any joy into the side and without that there's no imagination and certainly no mastering of the basics ! Running on to the ball at speed seems a forgotten art. Funny, in RC's last season, the Board fired him b...

Thompson looks world class . Scores two tries and gets us out of trouble countless times. Our general defense is still lacking, too many breaches of discipline and Murphy doesn't have any answers it seems . We still have to face Sale, Harlequins and Wasps and they're gonna be tough but in the end we...
I'd go for RC ,though its doubtful he'd want to return. He's done a great job at Edinburgh and he's a fighter and inspires confidence. He's also got a great team behind him with Duncan Hodge and Callum Macrae.
Wow , what a lacklustre performance against Saints. Geordan Murphy doesn't seem to inspire a brilliant side with any confidence at all. No line speed , no defense and an inability to run with determination onto the ball. George Ford must have been tearing his hair out! Absolutely essential we bring ...
Well Coach Murphy needs a lesson or two in allowing imaginations to flourish , but he's so stuck in formulaic rugby that the players, many of whom are brilliant are mentally constipated. The joy has gone and the more they lose the worse it'll get. Recruit someone who can work on the players imaginat...
Look at Edinburgh, we sacked Cockerill for coming in 4th? IN 4TH?! Our succesion plan was to eventually sack interim head coach Mauger, and hire Matt O'connor. Someone with Tigers DNA, but who clearly had no place running a team, turning up two weeks late to preseason. Surely sacking seasoned Europ...
What's with Management keeping on Murphy? get RC back from Edinburgh, a team that continues to impress playing the sort of expansive, imaginative rugby that the Tigers should be playing. It's dismal and it's got everything to do with the head coach!

Hello I'm an opinionated fan and have been since Dean Richards captained the side. Played as a schoolboy in Rhodesia/ Zimbabwe and coached kids from U7 to u16 at Richmond , London Scottish and London Welsh. The main beef I have with the coaching at Welford Road is, its too formula bound and rugby is...
Gaps everywhere . Ford's weakness as a tackler encourages others to fill his defensive space which always creates yawning gaps midfield. Still no imagination and for those who say 'how do you teach that'? , employ some Improvisation coaches, it's simple . We don't use our imaginations because we use...
