Re: Question re: Old Tigers Badge / Crescent

Right, ok so looks like no particular reason why the club wouldn't sell "classic" style merchandise with the old logo.

Good to know. Cheers team!

Re: Question re: Old Tigers Badge / Crescent

LOL - ok, maybe I was a little harsh. I wasn't going to bother wasting the time of club officials, as I say its not THAT important.

But in the light of zero information, ladies and gents, I leave the floor open to wild speculation (winces).

Question re: Old Tigers Badge / Crescent

Here is a question for the aficionados and Tiger historians amongst you. What happened to the 'old' Tigers shirt badge emblem? That is the one I have on my shirt from I think, 1998/9 season. Yes, I know its an old one... Chiefly I am wondering if there is ever a chance of Tigers producing classic st...

Dan Bowden from Irish to Tigers?

Just watching highlight of Irish game today (great result btw) and the commentators mentioned Dan Bowden (London Irish 10 today) may be moving to Tigers. Does anyone know if this is true or what other signings Tigers have for next season? I understand the following are leaving Twelvetrees Agulla A T...

Re: gloucester fans!!

Well I thought I might just share that I took 3 Glaws fans with me to the game on Saturday and we had a great day out. We are friends all living in London and got the train up from St Pancras, where a Tigers fans wished us luck whilst we sat having a coffee (my colours were obscured by my jacket). M...

Re: Club Shop - classic shirts / leisure wear

Letter writing in hand then...where's my quill. Apologies Dicky P on rereading my reply was perhaps a little rude. I guess the reason for my post was to see if I was the only person who felt like this. Apparently I'm not so perhaps writing something to the board is worthwhile. If I was the only one ...

Re: Club Shop - classic shirts / leisure wear

DickyP, a few points.... Firstly, I agree with you. If I had the choice between winning the Prem and the Heineken cup or having some prettier t-shirt designs then obviously I'd take the silverware. However, the two things are connected. Although the currrent salary cap hinders Tigers at present a la...

Re: Club Shop - classic shirts / leisure wear

The Crumbie range? Did I miss something? Is that going to be like the "Thomand Park Collection" Munster do? Sort of Jack Wills / Gap inspired? Not exactly my taste but a step in the right direction. Rugby clubs need to be targeting a younger market (think what Guiness have done in knocking...

Re: Gloucester v Leicester

I was at Kingsholm yesterday. Can't say I am quite asd dismayed as some of the posts here. Come on chaps, a bit of perspective chaps lets not too down. Without Youngs and Flood we are a different team. This is though hardly suprising as they are the current England half-back pairing and Youngs IMO w...

Club Shop - classic shirts / leisure wear

Was at Kingsholm yesterday (moving on quickly) and noticed quite a few classic style shirts on display on the Glos fans. IMHO the choice of merchandise from tigers shop is a bit restricted...take a look at the Glos shop and they have some quite cool stuff (although obivously tainted): http://shop.gl...

Re: Manu to be deported?

Coming over here, stealing our jobs! I don't know.

Slightly ridiculous that we find ourselves in this situation (again). Thought we may have learnt following the Vunibaka (however it is spelt) debacle.
