Tigers fans tweeted to Matt "Good luck for the rest of the rugby championship, looking forward to you getting back to Leicester and ending on a high " and he replied "So am I. Onwards and upwards from here. Appreciate all the support. Means a lot to the boys "
So looking good?

Re: Exeter team
Can who missed what be evaluated ? Tuilagi is a wonderful tackler of thin air with very expansive hand gestures, he is so embarrassing our Austin felt he had to ""highlight"" it. ....he has to go, 4 seasons wasted and if his name wasn't Tuilagi you would never hear of him again....

For those of you still struggling to understand the seeding, Wikipedia (surprisingly) seems to be the best out there for explaining it

Re: Finishing outside the top 4: humiliating blow to confidence or useful wake-up call?
If by some miracle we finish on same points as Newcastle, what is qualification for play offs based on , number of wins or results between the 2 teams ? Wins first. Newcastle are firmly safe in the playoffs with 14 wins to our 12. Need a Saints win at the Ricoh and then top four is in sight, just. ...

Re: Tigers v Saints predictions
I cannot wait for this match! It cannot come quickly enough! How do we think this game will go? Tigers put 50+ points on them? Tigers win by 20-50? Tigers win by 10-20? Tigers win by 1-10? Saints win? :smt022 Manu, said on Saturday that he would be fit for this game, I also heard a rumour that BY w...

Re: So .... rest of the season
Just looked at all remaining fixtures and I have it as 3 teams tied on 61pts (us, Glaws and Falcons) with Bath on 57pts. Think we would be ahead of Falcons +Glaws on head to head? 4th Tigers 5th Falcons 6th Glaws 7th Bath If points are equal, it goes down to games won, then points difference. Newca...

Re: Final league table
Having looked at every teams remaining fixtures and how I think the results will go, this is how the league will finish if I'm correct. Gloucester and Bath would be on equal points as would Sale and Quins so depending on tries scored, the positions could be switched. 1st. Saracens 84 2nd. Exeter 82...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2017/18 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 3!
What do people make of the Attwood to Toulon thing? Does anyone think he'll be at the Rec next season? If he stays fit (I don't think he's even played for Bath this season?!) then he'd be a brilliant Prem operator, that sort of abrasiveness would be very welcome... Think the reason they sent him to...

Re: Tigers v Quins
Ben Teo has a few months out injured and comes straight back into the England team looking lean, sharp and fit. Manu returns to the Tigers team looking over weight, not sharp and not match fit. What does that tell us about the Worcester/Tigers fitness coaches and the players' attitude to diet? Even...

Re: Haskell leaving Wasps
And I have a feeling Carr could return now Vermuelen has returned to the Stormers I didn’t think it’s set in stone that Vermulean has returned to the Stormers just SA Pretty sure the Stormers have said categorically they won't be signing him and focusing on youth. Most likely the Sharks. Wouldn't m...

Re: Wasps vs Tigers - AWC Cup
If our youngsters do well in the low value cup it is a bonus, but never in the history of Tigers has the idea of picking a strong team to chase it as a piece of silverware been part of anyone’s thinking .. until now. At least that seems to be the view of some on this board. Says so much about how t...

Re: Tigers vs Cardiff Blues - AWC Cup
So we need to beat Wasps next week with 4 tries, which might be quite easy considering they just lost 66-7 away at Irish. And then hope Newcastle don't score 4 tries against a strong Gloucester side (if they select a similar team to last night) at home. And if Tigers and Newcastle both score 4 tries...
