Apparently, they've chosen Smith over Steward because Fiji won't play a kicking game. If they weren't already, I wonder if Fiji are suddenly working on their kick chase.

Sad as it may be, as they've had to wait until last night for the judgment, they may well have prepared for Ashton to not be available, much like they do when internationals go off to train. That said, they could also have prepared for both eventualities, time permitting.
