Re: Refs talk too much in English

Having thought about this again the ref should only use English and if Jonny Foreigner doesn't understand he just needs to speak more slowly and a bit louder. I'll get me coat..... :smt002 Certainly only too willing to assist in it's return! :smt023 May be the 4th Official could have a phrase clipb...

Re: New way of supporting Matt

I'm not sure "works" is entirely the right word. I emailed and wrote to Dippy Duncan - didn't even get an acknowledgment. I think Shaun Gibson sent in nomination papers some time ago. I believe too that Tigers should follow Exeters example and use the £350,000 Saracens fine for charitable causes an...

Re: New way of supporting Matt

So, good that he has been nominated, not so that it hasn't led to an award (yet). Perhaps a constituent on here could get on the case with Sir Alan's successor (if that's how it really works)? I'm not sure "works" is entirely the right word. I emailed and wrote to Dippy Duncan - didn't even get an ...

Re: Exeter Chiefs 21st December

btw today we had JP Doyle reffing London Irish and Luke Pearce reffing Exeter, this would never be allowed in football so why do they do this in Rugby, its a pretty simple fix. We were talking to several Exeter supporters in the ABC and they advised that Luke Pearce does not or cannot Referee Chief...

Re: Murphy coaches and relegation

The club are currently offering the opportunity to 'watch the lads train' as a prize in their Christmas raffle. Can whoever wins please take some notes so we can finally answer the question of what exactly they practise all week. Well it is the pantomime season ~ eg dumb show,Christmas entertainmen...

Re: New Rip Off Plastic Beer Mugs

Tiglon may be right legally, personally I prefer the CAMRA recommendation which is for a ful pint with room for a head. The glasses (cups) we had last season had a mark indicating the level for a pint with space for a bit of head above. According to a gentleman at the AGM he had checked our new sta...

Re: Premiership Round 1 - Worcester vs Tigers

Sounds like deja vu from last season. Box kicking is Whites weakness in fact he makes Kitto look good And to add to his woes we make him Captain when Tom goes off!!! Really strange that a more Senior experienced player is not chosen before White himself goes off and we then have Captain No.3 ????? ...
