Re: 7s ethics?
Knickers. Twist. compare and contrast with: Hand of Back. Bag snatching, wage fiddling, cap breaking etc. What's the game coming to? Nothing - a lot cleaner, less Sarries style fiddling (one hopes) :smt015 and if all we have to moan about is that 7s incident.......... Whataboutery is never a convin...

Re: 7s ethics?
I think everyone is getting their knickers in a twist. It's not a million miles away from Italy vs England and the non-engagement at rucks mayhem. It will be a one-off, and a question in Question of Sport in a couple of years. :smt004 I think it was very different from the ruck non-engagement tacti...

Re: EPCR Semi finals
I get that their good, I just think the commentary team focus too much on Leinster. And BoD’s “touloose” is hilarious! But when they are playing all the rugby what else are the commentators supposed to do Leinster have been fantastic to be fair. Toulouse just can't match the intensity. No idea how ...

Re: EPCR Semi finals
I’m not sure how long I can watch this. Sexton moaning already and the Leinster love in in the commentary box is nauseating ! The "Leinster love" is, I think, entirely justified. They are merely praising what is, to this moment an exceptional performance. D Agreed - I’ve no natural affini...

Re: EPCR Semi finals
The speed the game is being played at is amazing. Second half scrum dominance by Toulouse could be critical. Toulouse need to turn that scrum dominance into points quickly - once their first choice front row come off that advantage will disappear, as it did against Munster. Meanwhile, the Leinster ...

Re: EPCR Semi finals
Apart from the fortuitous breakaway try, Leinster’s first quarter has been pretty much like last week’s. I guess that puts Tigers on par with Toulouse?!

Shame - you’re missing some fabulous rugby! Maybe switch back on and turn the sound down? Re: Tigers v Newcastle (A) 21st May 2022 KO 15:00
I wasn’t suggesting SB is planning on throwing the Wasps game! I was simply pointing out that if we went into the final round with a guaranteed home play off, his overriding priority would be on squad preparation for the week ahead. I’d like to think we have the strength in depth to beat Wasps witho...

Re: Tigers v Newcastle (A) 21st May 2022 KO 15:00
I think we need to target the win here and secure top spot.. would rather get that sorted and rest players the following week against Wasps knowing we have secured top spot. We don't rest players at home. Want the undefeated league season at home. Ideally Leinster will be the only blot on our home ...

Re: Decisions Decisions
Sorry to disagree but we have scored a hatful of tries this season by kicking to the corner so no problem there. Leinster were a step up from any other team we have played to date and disrupted our line out and maul. Regarding price of tickets Tigers have lost a shedload of money in the last two ye...

Shame Arundell is English, Welsh and Scottish qualified. He’s Cyprus qualified as well, but that would be a real coup. But he still needs to learn to tackle. A typical BT Sports love-in player: all flash in attack, flakey when the big men are coming at him. Talk of him going to Scotland earlier in ...

Personally I’m just delighted that we’re here talking about how this one is too close to call. 2 years ago we’d have been worried that Tigers wouldn’t get within 50 points of Leinster!

Re: Weekend Games - 29th April to 1st May 2022
For anyone who just can’t stomach supporting Saints, the advantage for us of a Quins victory would mean they’ll keep in touch with Sarries - and the two of them will need keep scrapping for a home semi!
