Re: Youngs brothers

IMO Toms form has been a bit off the levels we have seen in previous seasons but he does put in a shift. Ben is class and I remember the outcry on the message boards when we thought he might be leaving. I like Sam but often the scattergun passing is predictable whereas I think Ben keeps teams guessi...

Re: Champions Cup next season?

Sorry BJ you are correct I had Worcester last game as home when it is in fact away. Still been watching past matches this season on the AVIVA Premiership web site and you know what - I think we are not quite as bad as some might have you believe. No doubting that injuries have blunted the back line...

Re: Champions Cup next season?

4th place is not out of reach with 6 home and 3 away fixtures. Big games for me are those in a position around us TIGERS Exeter hm - Northampton and Bath aw. Newcastle, Sale, Worcester hm run in. In contrast SAINTS have Bath, Wasps and Exeter aw and Sarries at hm. BATH may have the easier run in but...

Re: Manu out for season

If this is true I feel very sad for Manu. A player who I love to watch, enjoying his enthusiasm and the fact that he always plays with a smile on his face. You get the feeling he just loves playing rugby. I am sure that at some stage he will get his match fitness and when he does he will be a game c...

Re: Supporters Forum Meeting?

The fact that SC decided to confide in members is at least a declaration of understanding of the frustration and concern of members regarding RCs sacking. In the past when things have happened with Tigers I have generally been satisfied that the board do have the clubs best interests at heart and wh...

Re: Richard Cockerill

Dean Richards sacking was as much about a dispute with the club over his role rather than just results. I feel RC has a generally good relationship with the board and I do not believe the "one game" deadline story from the Daily Mail. Personally I hope he stays the bloke is honest, hardwor...

Re: Is it now time to thank Cockers?

Who pays for a change of DOR? Also the cost - money going out and money on the new Head Coach coming in. I reckon we are are skint! The rugby show made some really good points about the cost of the rugby infrastructure and the impact this has on the team. In particular I worry about the number of in...

Re: Premiership DORs, Cockers and critics

The problems identified by posters I feel are generally correct but the biggest factor for me is the lack of quality upfront which has given us an underpowered pack. The fanciest backs in the world cannot do anything without the ball or importantly quick ball. Good defence rules and with no gain lin...
