Re: Castro interview

I feel let down by Castro. He was fighting my husband for top spot in my affection :smt002 but Sunday night's rant knocked him off the top spot. Whatever he thinks or feels, he must try to leave it all behind him. It seems he can't. I whooped and cheered when Castro was on our pitch this weekend and...

Re: Toulon away - suggestions?

As others have mentioned, there are plenty of places to eat at the harbour, which is across the road from the ground. The Black Tulip restaurant had a large photo of Castro when we visited Toulon in October... Anyone else getting the 6.55am plane from Stansted to Marseille on Saturday morning? Husba...

Hopefully people can see this picture? Anyone able to identify them, please? I know it's the first season I was a season ticket holder, but that's 20 years ago...

Re: Support and supporters

Thank you all. You have all confirmed why I love rugby and more importantly Tigers! :smt023 I'm not normally a wimp when speaking to other people, but honestly the man (definitely not a gentleman!) was spouting off to his son so much that I felt I may be safer keeping my thoughts to myself. I love i...

Support and supporters

Hi all, Now, I just want to check with you all what the protocol is for when the opposition score. I've always clapped, though not necessarily as fully as when the Tigers score... :smt003 The reason why I ask it that I was standing near a chap and his son who couldn't (genuninely couldn't) understan...

Cardiff accommodation

Hello everyone, :smt006 Just wondering if anyone else is going to be staying overnight in Cardiff? My husband and I had booked into the Holiday Inn (booked through www.hotelscomparison.com) until someone told me about the Cardiff Caravan Park (which accepts tents) only a 15 minute walk along the Riv...

I've supported them for 19 years and had a season ticket for 16, so I'm not going to give up that easily. :smt003

Have you seen this article in the Daily Mail? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/sport/rugby.html?in_article_id=560744&in_page_id=1780 It's by Ian Stafford and I always thought that he was quite good, but I don't know what his source is. And the fact that he's suggesting (based on ru...

tigerstotty - yes, we were supposed to have covered seating too! Thank goodness it wasn't raining! :smt003 However, we had a great day nevertheless. We were in the Guiness Storehouse by 10am, and having our complimentary pint by 11.30am! A nice meal and then back to the airport for the last flight o...

Season tickets are told out for this season and I believe that there's a waiting list for them now (Father-in-law is supposed to be putting his name down on it!).

Info is here: http://www.tigers.co.uk/downloads/New_s ... t_pack.pdf

We're also going to the match, but we're just there for (an exhausting!) Saturday! We've booked tickets online for the Guiness Storehouse http://www.guinness-storehouse.com/ because they're 10% cheaper than buying them on the door.
