Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2018/19 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD PART 7
From my point of view this will free up some much needed salary cap and may help to sign a bit more quality. There is still plenty of time for more signings and hopefully not journeymen. Maybe we could have kept a couple BOC for one but he'd be on a good salary, has been a bit injury prone recently ...

Re: Thoughts & conclusions on the season.
I haven't posted for a long time but browsing through today thought Id chuck my thoughts in. Having had a long allegiance with the club not just as a supporter but also an employee the one thing we always had was stability . From the coaching and playing side right through the back room staff. Some ...

Re: I am really disappointed in the club
End of the day the club like all other Prem clubs is a business. Without money there would be no club to support end of argument.

Re: I am really disappointed in the club
Another and final point on this, Due to the amount of requests the club receive very little if any merchandise is given for charity requests. Very few individual requests are granted unless it is for a registered charity, hence the reason for the club asking for requests on headed paper. I lost coun...

Re: The Clash
One important factor for me was the patience we showed near Baths try line, early in the season we would have been trying silly offloads and risky passes, but the pick and drive through multiple phases eventually took its toll on their defence. We all like to see flowing backs moves but to win games...

Re: I am really disappointed in the club
I used to handle he charity requests at one time as part of my Supporter Services role before I went into ticket sales. It was almost a full time job as back then I was receiving over 300 a week. If we were successful this would increase to over 1000 a week. I can understand the disappointment but n...

Great isn't it, the guys only just signed and according to some he's not good enough.
Not even given a chance to prove otherwise.

Re: Fans forum 13th Feb
The squad will be smaller next year due to increased wages on the playing side. The salary cap is policed a little more strictly nowadays and loopholes which were in place to flaunt it have now been closed. Loopholes, which Simon said last night we also exploited as much as we could get away with. T...

Re: Ticket and cup fiasco
Took my beer vessels back half hour after final whistle no problems at all.
Also used the scanner to print my beer ticket no problem there either.
Regarding tickets not scanning, if there is the slightest break or smudge on the bar code the reader won't recognise it.

Spoke to Christophe Friday night. Recall the fact he did some Community work for us. Didn't recognise him to start with until he spoke to me. It's good to see explayers taking up the whistle. Good luck to him.

Three weeks on Sunday and I'm quite excited
Three weeks on Sunday the 2017/18 Premiership gets underway and I for one am quite excited by the look of our squad. The hard part will be keeping everyone fit.
I really think that this season we can mount a serious challenge, can't wait.
