Bring in 1 new first choice player per year, it is 15 years before you improve the whole team. Develop another 2 from the academy or other signings that you coach, it is 5 years

First choice played shouldn't have to leave for us to sign first choice players. That doesn't improve a team. We brought in 3 Italian Internationals who were not first choice, and not even cover for 6 Nations as they were in it (mostly).

My problem is not with who is going out, although I think there will be big holes, but the policy of who is coming in. Last season we finished forth, and did not make the play off final. For Tigers that is not good enough, but there was not 1 person recruited in the summer that was a first choice st...
