Re: Hartley gone again!
Ok TB. I'm still not convinced that it was anything more than petulance DH's part but as many have pointed out, he should have better self-control. I liked the post from whoever quoted Cockers. No place for play acting to gain advantage. We are all better than that. We are all looking forward to com...

Re: Hartley gone again!
Premiership records Northampton Saints Leicester Tigers Titles 1 8 Finals 2 10 Finished top 0 8 :smt030 :smt030 I don't see the point of this post. We all know that Tigers have an enviable record. What upsets other supporters is the arrogance that this has generated. I am determined not to get into...

Re: Hartley gone again!
Inner chimp maybe. Time to move on guys. You're not used to losing and to be fair we've had far more practice.
Tigers are a formidable club which nobody would deny.

Re: Hartley gone again!
I think some away comment is welcome (or at least it should be). What really gets up my nose is the childish name calling 'Tartly' etc. Tuilagi v Ashton springs to mind on the 'thug' front. I don't recall him being described as such here. (mind you even Saints supporters can't stand Ashton these da...

Re: Hartley gone again!
I don't think anyone is saying that it wasn't an elbow. Embarrassment to the Saints? I think we will be the judge of that.
Nevertheless it was a classic derby game and a nail biter to the end. Good friendly banter with the tigers fans near us. Thanks
Saint Sanctimonious (if it keeps you happy)

Re: Hartley gone again!
Dive. No question. Smith has been watching too much Wendy ball. Hartley was wrong but you could see Smith winding him up. We would all have done the same under the heat of the game. Most of the 'holier than thou' posters have obviously never played a competitive contact sport.
