Re: Cipriani on the bus back to Pests

It would have been a great signing, but with Williams and Burns already signed up .. I doubt he would have came. As I said yesterday, I don't think that Burns is the answ...

Re: Whats going wrong
Now that the weekend has gone and I have had time to calm down, I thought I would like to share a thought or two. I found myself in Hull Friday lunchtime after my appointment cancelled on me ! So I thought I would continue on to Newcastle to watch Tigers. Now, I don't expect us to win every game we ...

Re: Tigers pitch is a disgrace
The pitch (for football) is renovated each summer, but the Desso plastic system binding the pitch is not touched and lasts i believe around ten years. The summer renovations generally consist of shaving off all the grass and reseeding. I think Exeter are the only team with a Desso pitch. It was int...

Re: Tigers pitch is a disgrace
johnthegriff - given the list of current expenditure, I would not register astonishment if the Crumbie redevelopment was put on the back burner for a few years. I was speaking to Mr Cohen a couple of weeks ago and he told me the multi storey is the next project,. the Holland & Barratt is quite ...

Re: Tigers pitch is a disgrace
I have been on this style of pitch at Twickenham and it is brilliant..nothing like the fake pitches at Sarries or Falcons and I am very excited about seeing it at WR.. Another great decision by the club :smt038 Totally agree I have seen quite a few of these pitches over the past couple of years aro...

Re: JDV - where is he?
JDV will have been an influence around Oval Park I'm quite sure. If he is available for the last three months of the season and adds depth, experience and quality to our back line then it's worth it. Nobody could have foreseen him getting a new injury after arriving and before playing. Unfortunate ...

Re: Jean De Villiers
Is there an Injury problem, extended rest days or are we saving him for an impact introduction? Surely a player of his undoubted quality must get game time NOW. He needs competition fitness for Northern hemisphere game. In my mind sooner the better. :smt023 He has a calf injury that is almost heale...
