This is because the 3 yellow cards were for similar matters and within a 6 week period. The Player was entitled...

Re: Tigers vs Gloucester
Does that say more about what's come before it or more about the side today? Our attitude was spot on and or defence was disciplined - especially in that Fergie time period. Can someone please tell me why Hardwick didn't let the clock tick past 00:00 (like Weir did last year for Wuss) and putting u...

Re: Sione banned for 5 weeks in reality
I'm not going to suggest that the disciplinary process is perfect but to put it clearly and accurately:
Rhodes is banned from playing in his club's next 3 games.
Kalamafoni is banned from playing in his club's next 3 games.

Re: Tigers v Warriors
Like me you are entitled to your opinion but do not present it as fact. It seems a little unfair that I’m not allowed to do that when that’s exactly what you did?! It’s a fact that (other than by a minimal amount) none of the Tigers players jump or are lifted and it’s also a fact that Williams fall...

Re: Tigers v Warriors
Tom Youngs, throw in on our 10m line defensive lineout is overthrown , caught by Worcester and a try is immediately conceded. Johnny May with minutes left on the clock, instead of hoofing the ball into touch from the Worcester restart, he decides its better to do his headless chicken cross pitch ru...

Re: Tigers v Warriors
Sure a defence system would be an idea, but no coach expects their players to wave through the opposition and point the way though to the try line, while barely making a show of 'tackling'. We only seemed to start playing after Tom's apparent misthrow at the lineout costed us a try. Was that a mist...

Re: Spencer banned for four weeks
Had he pleaded guilty he would have only got a 2 week ban, as they took 2 weeks off for his previous good record, then they would have took took another 50% off. I don’t personally think it right that you get 50% off for pleading guilty, it should be up to the board to prove your guilty but that ho...

Re: Spencer banned for four weeks
LLTC, I've read that any contact with the head was denied at the hearing. Taking everything else out of the scenario, denying any contact with the head at all is just ludicrous and reflects arrogantly. He didn't deserve four weeks and has been let down by a lack of sensible guidance in my opinion. ...

Re: European fixtures announcement
Plenty of similar comments to the Champions Cup twitter account today in reply to their 24th July tweet that, "After the announcement of the @PRO14Official fixtures, we expect to be in a position to announce the Pool Stage fixtures in around two weeks time." No response from the CC account...

Re: We’ve got Europe but it’s going to be tough
Am I right in thinking Bath and us are bottom seeds so will possibly have one of Sarries,Chiefs, Wasps or Newcastle depending on SF/finals in each others groups considering there are 7 English sides The qualified teams from each of the leagues are ranked in order. That's essentially the final leagu...

Re: We’ve got Europe but it’s going to be tough
I thought only the top seeded sides were seperated with no side from the same country being allowed in the same group, except where that country had 7 qualifiers. It was a free draw after the top seeds had been allocated to a pool. Draw guidelines (i.e. rules) for last season - presumably the rules...
