complete ins and outs for every club as things stand at present - every club releases more out than in. https://www.planetrugby.com/news/premiership-ins-and-outs-the-complete-list-of-the-2024-25-player-transfers I think you'd struggle to make a case for any squad looking stronger next season based ...

Re: Injury dispensation
Not sure that the Club is any more financial difficulty than other clubs. Finances are tight and clubs are always looking to cut their cloth to fit the model of the club......the overall spend has to be maintained to keep the Club operational so perhaps the additional funds were not available for s...

Watching Sarries play imagine if we had managed to secure Cinti and González as opposed to Bassett and Rogerson. I honestly feel that the way other clubs capitalised on the 3 demised clubs players compared to us has been one of if not the biggest factor in the swing in a way. Prob only 4 clubs didn...

I would be interested to see how recruitment has been impacted by the TV deal. From what I have read, clubs are getting a fair chunk less under the new deal and so we will see if that impacts recruitment across the board. I think Bristol have already said that spending plans have been reduced as a r...

But the successful teams sacrifice depth and trust the youth more in favour of more quality in depth elsewhere I believe one of the issues that Tigers have encountered is that we're maybe relying too much on that batch of youngsters who have come through the system (Steward, JVP, Martin, Reffell et...

Re: Not a new kit Launch.... Tigers Together membership
Personally I don't have a problem with this, does it further segregate supporters? Possibly but I don't see how its any different to season tickets and certain supporters being allowed to go to forums etc while others wouldn't even know they were happening. We've seen in the past that cash flow has...

didn't the A league fold as it was too costly? Could have been an issue, I also seem to remember teams pulling out of matches last minute in its last few years as players were called up to the main squad. maybe there is a way prem sides can field academy + sides in tier 3 or so to give these academ...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2023/24 - KANGAROO MCKELLER: Do you come from a land down under? (Squad thread pt 2)
It is a failure of the system that cannot find game time for players beyond the age of eighteen. Obviously young players need games to continue development and equally obviously they have to be ready to move on to create space for the next year group. Why on earth is it beyond the ability of the RF...

I disagree. If you've got multiple threats in the pack it becomes very difficult for the opposition to target your breakdown threat and mark them on game. The Irish national team being a great example of this where so many of them are great over the ball but also physical on both sides of the ball....

Radio silence on George Martin still. Given his prolonged absence I reckon we won't see him again this season, sadly. The "hint" on RL was he was very close for the Saints game...think at present he had played for England more than Tigers this season. Certainly shouldn't be going on tour ...

Apparently some interesting selection news out of Northampton at 12…. Now you're being a tease, Elliott... Initially read it thought ahh maybe they have picked up an injury at Inside Centre, then realised you meant the time... so it's all 23 the surprise could be... Surely they can't be resting sta...
