Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2022/23 - Prisoner of Oadby Pre-Season
... I think one of the effects of the reduced cap is that promising youngsters are going to be moved up a bit quicker if they are ready. From what I read the academy has some real talent in the centres. Does anyone know whether you still get an additional £50K for each 'home grown' player as used t...

Re: Massive thank you’s to leaving players
If any leavers look at this, it's clear to me how much Tigers performance this year has been down to many more than those named in the match day 23. If you're heading to new pastures, good luck on the journey, and thanks for the ride! As with Freddie B it could well be au revoir!

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2021/22 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACTS: Steve Borthwick and the Chamber of Oval Park
Heaven help us if there are some unexpected names on the leavers list, if when the list is coming out can provoke such debate. Well, given the policy of the club appears to be depth across the board, I wouldn't worry too much. It's a buyer's market so I imagine final contract negotiations are going...

Re: Attendance numbers
If you assume a simplification of a ticket being £30, then multiplying those numbers out reveals a considerable disparity in income

Attendance numbers
Not sure if this has been reported on elsewhere, but according to https://rd.premiershiprugby.com/mobile/stats/attendance.php?includeref=18099&season=2021#18099 we have just had our best year since 2009/10, and what I suspect is our second best year ever (although I have not checked all previous...

That may be so. But on social media Paul Tait has recently connected him to a European club, and he usually isn't off target with Argentine players...

Re: Premiership Final v Saracens - 18th June 2022 KO 15:00
Aled W and Kevin S are rightly lauded for their respective roles: both the fitness and defence of our players was immense. It's teamwork innit?! Without disrespecting any of those previously in such roles, the change in fortunes of the club seems to be in no small measure down to the coaching team. ...

If you want a laugh read Sarries chief cheerleader’s match report in the Times - quite the take.

Re: Premiership Final v Saracens - 18th June 2022 KO 15:00
Sadly I was unable to be in London. But I think I am still in shock at the result, and the manner of the result. I re-watched the game from end-to-end, and the level of effort across the team was off the chart: Steward, WW, Chessum, Reffell, Wiese, Genge...the list goes on. And of course Mr Freddie ...
