Re: Tigers vs Saints - Fri 11th Feb 22 at 1945
Very happy today, always a pleasure to paddle the neighbours. I do not understand why a TMO cannot see things that are obvious, the knock on in the build up to their try was a masterclass in trying not to see something, the wrong angle repeatedly, then the correct angle played at double speed and no...

Re: Farrell vs Scotland
The backline was a mess all game, if the answer is Daly then the question was not who is an international center in fact if the answer is Daly I think I will give up watching rugby!

Re: Premiership rugby referees review panel
We should all start from the premise that the refs are all doing their level best and they have no bias, we might not agree on their view on certain incidents but it is a view and the only one that really counts. The game is dynamic and some refs handle a pressure situation well others get caught up...

Re: Wasps (A) - Sunday 9th January 2022 - 3pm
Is 1 loss a slide? 1 loss is not a slide but a drop off in performance is a slide, to my uncultured eye we have gone off the boil, we were very much at sixes and sevens until the last play of the game against a poor Bristol team, yesterday we were very blunt in attack against a team that are no whe...

Re: Wasps (A) - Sunday 9th January 2022 - 3pm
The double knock on where only the Tigers hand was picked up on, mystified me, it was clear but not a peep from the normally noisy TMO who seemed to want to be the star of the show, very strange behaviour, also no one seemed to notice the Brad Shields elbow into the face of Potter (I think), it was ...

Re: Wise Hearing
He is probably due a couple of weeks off anyway, he should use the time to reflect on where he is going wrong and how to use his skills and strengths to better effect and cut out the unnecessary penalties, I am sure this is what SB will be telling him.

Re: BRISTOL (A) - 26th December 2021 - 2-00pm
It did not matter but it is not acceptable that the ref, assistant and TMO do not know that you cannot be outside the playing area, and jump to catch or to knock the ball after it has passed over the touchline, it is not a complicated rule, at least one of the 3 should have known it!

Re: Genge leaving
Players and coaches come and they go, they have a different perspective on things than us fans who stick with one club for life so there is bound to be a disconnect between the two. However, I do not buy this going to play at your home club as a true or complete reason, I would bet a lot of money th...

Re: Creeping around the ruck
This was supposed to be one of those subjects that was clarified at the end of last season, to be bound into a ruck or scrum, the player must have at least the full length of one arm on the other players in the ruck/ scrum, just touching with your hands is not bound! there has been occasions this se...

All non Tigers games I watch, I want both teams to lose, unless it is Sarries then I support their opposition.

If Ford does quit to be near daddy he is not the player we want anyway! the point of a good team is that no players presence or loss should define it.

Re: Round 7 less important matches
Worc,s beating Sale was the second best result of the weekend, I have grown to have a large dislike of Sale, Diamond was bad enough, now they have Sanderson, so I am happy every time they lose, small pleasures I know!

Re: Saints Away - 30th October 2021
Dayglo, gave faint praise and qualified it by pointing out the errors Saints made, yes Saints made errors but that is what happens when you are under pressure, the best thing about winning is to hear him having to say something nice about Tigers, it hurts him so much to do so, long may it continue!

Re: Sale (H) 23rd October 2021 - 3pm
Two points regarding Manu. First his "tackle" on Nadolo should have been a penalty, Nadolo was down by the tackle and not held so was entitled to regain his feet, you cannot tackle a player who is off his feet apart from a ruck situation, a couple of other tackles were very risky, he is tr...
