Re: New Tigers Shirt

Interesting below the collar it has #28 of 40

I guess it’s what the company does, I’m not a fan of it but fits what they have done with other sports teams

Yes though I think he also covered 10 for them (one of the reasons I think maybe Meredith may end up there is Nottingham were short on Fly Halves this season). Van Der Flier though on loan even up for that award is a great sign! Very impressive stats https://x.com/nottinghamrugby/status/17841840712...

AVDF is nominated for Nottingham player of the season I guess him at LH and if Hoyt can progress in the off season, we are prob ok for props. Maybe see front row options like 1. Smith, Cronin, Whitcombe, AVDF, (Miell, Kingsley-Mellowes) 2. Montoya, Clare, FTT, Vanes, (Smith, Clarke) 3. Cole, Heyes,...

Apparently Dan has said Kelly will not be leaving for Munster at the access all areas event tonight Fair play to McKellar and Wilkes for being there tonight. To face up to the fans... not the easiest evening to face up to them https://twitter.com/LeicesterTigers/status/1785006153354592372?t=7dqFTFS...

Re: Tigers v Bristol (H) - Premiership - Saturday 27th April 2024 - KO: 15-00

I thought Kelly had a very good game, I feel the time at 13 might help with his line running side of things. If he can get back to his old form with a bit more speed that will be a big boost. Handre, Kelly, Scott combo worked well. Yesterday for me the backs looked better in attack it's just this to...

Re: Doom and Gloom

Your absolutely right I hadn’t realised he’d been here that long I thought he’d come in in 21/22 but that was just a coaching change. But my original point was about Bothwick removing Mcginty who in my opinion did our best recruitment in years with his agent since which it fell off a cliff. So is a...

I like Kata as a 12 tbh would’ve allowed Porter to stay on the wing which was is my preferred position for him tbh, I would’ve had Kata in for Socino and Taute combined wage. Shillcock def over Hegarty Cracknell v Jansen is close Brown over Murimurivalu , Honestly Pollard is on par with Ford imo, b...

Re: Doom and Gloom

Perhaps a naive query, but here I go. What is Aled actually doing with the England set up when there is only planning to do? Is he visiting clubs to check on players - advise them? My point is, is there any way he could be re-hired as a part-time consultant? I believe all the coaches travel round t...

That would be most welcome if A) it happens B) we sign quality players not dross TBF on B how many on here complained about Wigglesworth and Ashton as dross signings? Fair point but they were old and experienced coming to the end of their careers but we're never dross Idk Ashton was dross at Sale, ...
