No one will get the drop this year regardless.

Both Quins and Saints looking beatable.
You think they will close shop?
I think only 2 championship clubs could afford it now.
Ealing and Saracens.
14 ring fenced league for 5 seasons.
Championship becomes fully part time.

Re: Other Round 2 Fixtures

If Irish beat Tigers then it will be only Bath and Saints who are on 0 wins.
Although Bath could well beat Exeter which would mean only Saints would be 0 and 2.

I really feel that anyone can beat anyone outside of Exeter this season.

Harry Wells

I know it's been nearly a week late but congratulations on 100 caps. He's done it the long way with a 3 year stint at Bedford and getting 50 caps for them, but what a couple of seasons he has had for us for a individual POV. An example for all those academy players who might not have made it to a se...

Re: London Irish Away

Breakdown will be tough. Will be a good test of Brink as a 7, as the refs have been very aggressive at the breakdown, and with brink's chunkier build since the last time he covered openside it will be interesting, Cowan is very strong over the ball. I am worried about the speed of the Irish backs, b...

Re: Manu - Sale injury update

Could still play the last 4 rounds.
Also I reckon if he is is fit he will tour the lions regardless of how much game time he has before it.

Seems Borthwick is coping some critisim over his injury announcements or lack of stance. https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/rugby/rugby-news/leicester-tigers-rugby-union-news-4738484 Aint's main writers take https://twitter.com/WheresTommyV/status/1331932158064267265 Personally I didn't care w...

Re: London Irish Away

I'm not really comparing the 2 sides more, all it can take is a big loss to ruin a mood. Yes we did narrowly beat Gloucester but it was a really good performance IMO with 2 tries we should've finished but didn't. ...I think you need to review your mathematical abilities.........!!! https://www.leic...

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD EPISODE IV: A New Hope

Well it depends.
1, Who might be available
2. How much we have to play with
3. Current needs
4. Who is likely to be off next season

Re: Tigers vs Gloucester - Teams Up

Oof, that's a stark stat... Our backline had 11. May 12. Eastmond 13. Tuilagi 14. Thompstone 15. Veainu We also missed 32 tackles and conceded 5 tries in that game Even so, 38 doesn't feel like it should be a once every two seasons score to get. Nor should it be predicated upon the sort of game whe...

Tigers scored more points than in any of their previous 42 league games.

Re: Tigers vs Gloucester - Teams Up

also got to remember Sheridan was 21 when he started to play prop. Nice to be on the positive side of a Charlie Morgan analyst. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/rugby-union/2020/11/25/blockbuster-debuts-tenacity-composure-leicester-tigers-win/ Never noticed Taute spotting the gap and telling porter to go...

Re: London Irish Away

Hepetema suffered a fair amount of injuries in his 2 years here.
Which did also happen a few times in the years after.
Wasn't really till 2017/18 season he started to get a proper run.
