Re: Tigers v Sale (A) - Premiership - Friday 10th May 2024 - KO: 7:45pm

On "losing the dressing room". Players will not be saying that at this stage. And it's an ambigious thing anyway. And I think many of us are not calling for him to be sacked but merely feeling uncomfortable with the general vibe - messages put out, selections, recruitment. Not all of this ...

I have been one of those that has said McKellar more time but got to admit this selection and what he has been saying this week is testing me.

Re: New Supporters Forum?

Surely "spending to the cap" just means we have the finances to do that as opposed to saying we can only afford or choose to spend £5.5m or £6m. I mean expect we will always have some wiggle room right. You can't spend exactly £6.4m. And we presumably will spend what we will feel we need t...

Re: Champions and Challenge Cup Semi-finals - 2024

I thought both semi's were a great watch and I think the final will be too.

Got to say Toulouse look the more likely winners but Leinster will no doubt play a different game to Quins.

Re: Champions and Challenge Cup Semi-finals - 2024

Byrne as a replacement for Sexton is a massive step down. Is there anyone else in the wings? Byrne's younger brother was on the bench he's a bit more attacking minded but maybe lacks some control. Byrne the younger was preferred by Ireland during the 6N for a squad spot. Sam Pendergast was the youn...

Re: Cockers thoughts on the Prem etc

If you read you the round ball fans forum they are bemoaning the same thing in regard of fan noise and coming up with all sorts of reasons why - with no real conclusion.

They do seem to think it's a Leicester thing but I suspect it's not.

Re: Tigers v Bristol (H) - Premiership - Saturday 27th April 2024 - KO: 15-00

After all the vitriol posted by certain keyboard warriors towards the officials, I’ve just watched the game on tv to see what I missed live. I can only offer two instances where they got it wrong and it materially affected the game. The first was when Cronin flew into a ruck almost from the Bristol...

Lot of talk about the officials and some of their decisions. We were lucky they disallowed the Oghre try - looked a flat pass to me.

Re: Tigers v Bristol (H) - Premiership - Saturday 27th April 2024 - KO: 15-00

Regrettably I have seen nothing recently to suggest that under this coach we will improve. Witness the same comments by supporters after every game. I don't blame the players. The way they play is an indication of how they are being coached - not very well from what I can see. I really think some p...

Re: Tigers v Bristol (H) - Premiership - Saturday 27th April 2024 - KO: 15-00

I agree that there are a number of reasons we should go full bore for this one.

If by the time we play Sharks we are out of top 4 but safely in Champions Cup then let's focus on blooding people for next season.
