Re: England to win Six Nations

So the 6N 2020 is to be completed on the 24th and 31st of October, and a winning bp in Italy will see England crowned as winners. The times of the matches are likely to be announced next week. Will spectators be allowed? Is so, how many? I need to know cos there are 6 of us going to the SdF for the...

Re: Were Exeter robbed?

I thought the ref was pretty hard on Saints too, allowing Sarries an undeserved win.

Whilst I’m pleased to see some new younger refs getting some outings, I am concerned about the inconsistencies amongst refs, and also, that these newer refs aren’t quite up to it yet.

Re: Wayne to Ref.

Commentators showing just how bad Pearce is. Wasps being gifted this game. This kind of rubbish reffing is not good for the game.

Luke Pearce having a mare at Wasps. I think Saints are getting a very raw deal.

I agree, the tries shouldn’t have been tries, but Bath deserve their lead. I’m still optimistic we can salvage something, but we have been poor so far.

Was that not a double movement that failed to reach the try line? Up til now I thought JP was having a good game. >>sigh<<

Re: Can someone explain please?

Ah!

I don’t know but I wonder if it has something to do with parking. Chiefs use a business park for pretty much all their car parking, and it probably wouldn’t be available on a Friday night. Just a guess on my part.

Re: Can someone explain please?

Exeter are playing Saints at Franklin’s Gardens on Friday 28th December. Not sure how that fits with Exeter not being able to play on a Friday.

Re: Tigers v Warriors

Urgh. How depressing. On the upside, only Sarries and Chiefs have scored more than us, so if we can sort our defence out we could start climbing the league table a bit. And I'm sure even when we were getting to HQ every year we frequently started the season poorly. I know, I know, I'm just trying to...

They are a firm of American Insurance brokers, although they have quite a presence in the UK, London especially where they place business at Lloyds' of London. They've got just over 25,000 employees worldwide I think.

Re: Kicking stats for the season

Farrell is only ahead of Ford as he’s scored more tries and Saracens have thumped Northampton twice this season whereas we on the other hand.... Then Golden Boot doesn't include tries. It is based on kicks only. I think the point here is that because Sarries have scored a lot more tries than us, Fa...

Re: Manu cited....

I hate to risk getting added to the bah humbug list, but has a citing ever been thrown out? I think it was Flats on his podcast who said 'if you go up before them it's a weeks ban minimum, as they throw them out before they get to the board'. Now that's his opinion but how close is it to fact?! The...

Re: All not well for Mallender? - updated to Sacked!

There are fairly strong rumours suggesting that Mallinder Jr has already been in talks with Tigers for next season. My Saints mate tells me that Mallinder Jr signed a three year contract with Saints not that long ago, as reported by the BBC only in October of this year. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/r...
