Re: Lichfield Ladies game

I doubt the will would be there from most of those that queue outside the turnstiles from over two hours before the Tigers game starts. It would mean opening the turn stiles on the crumbie about 4 hours before kick off. After the mens game is best, then those who want to can show their support by st...

Re: new season ticket help

I asked the ticket office bt email and got this response: In the short term we are opening turnstiles 20-22, as well as having hand held scanners to act as a portable turnstile, to allow for a quick movement of people and to reduce ques as much as possible. In the long term all of the turnstiles wil...

Re: Joubert and that penalty

If the game had ended on 79 minutes and Scotland had won - Australia would have had just as much right to feel aggrieved. Points count the same whenever scored.

Re: new season ticket help

The wifes ticket was Ok - turns out as you said that the code is for exactly that reason and mine was just a misprint as it should not appear on the ticket.

....and virtually all TV pundits, former players and from what I have witnessed many coaches of local club sides.

As to this last point it never fails to amaze me how many coaches coach their teams contrary to the laws and then complain when they get pinged!

Re: Joubert and that penalty

Not the first and not the last decision we will argue about but I think Lewis's last Line sums it up: Let's hold our selves to higher standards in rugby and not jump on the easy band wagon of criticising the ref who like all of us is only human and trying to officiate what was an incredible game of ...

Re: Ref for Sunday

If memory serves he was mentioned by Wayne Barnes during an interview on BT last season as the best referee he has seen. At the time I thought it strange as he was not well known. Lets hope he deserves the praise.

Thanks for posting the link.

Be warned - I got caught up in a roadblock last year and the stewarding was terrible - a real accident waiting to happen.
Best to avoid the route completely.

Re: Catering & Bar Feedback - Season 2015/16

It was watered down therefore IMHO - just not deliberately. Either way - poor show and I was just amazed that they couldn't tell when a cider is flat just by looking at it. To be honest when I walked in to the ABC bar there were about three staff per square metre they didn't seem to have clue and lo...

Sadly I think we had the players to compete in a home RWC but just not the coaches.

Re: Catering & Bar Feedback - Season 2015/16

ABC bar today before the game was just unbeleivable. I may well have been the first customer. They gave me a prepoured strongbow that was totally flat. I returned it and they gave me another slightly less flat one and on returning that they gave me a third and asked me to let them know when they pou...

Re: Mutilation of 'World In Union' by Paloma Faith

So when 8500 people decide to sign a petition (one of very many on the change.org website covering a very wide range of subjects)they are told to get a life by someone who goes on a forum site to critise them.

Is that really any different in principle to commenting on a forum.
